investigate customer needs and insights.
The techniques, commonly used by experts in the marketing
research field, are characterised by intense one-on-one
interviews with a defined target group. We are able to investigate
and identify the attitudes, opinions and personal tendencies,
even the unconscious needs, of participants. Scientific methodo-
logy and a high measure of empathy often lead to surprisingly
unique and inspired results.
